Steve proposes an interesting circuit to the south of Rostrenen on Monday 23rd February 2026. The duration of the walk is about 2hrs and approximately 6.5km long.
We'll start on pavements then take some lesser walked paths with a gentil incline up to the old chateau with some views of the town before dropping down to the woods at Kerbescont.
Then it is onto a very small path heading back to the starting point and if you wish, refreshments at Bar/Cafe L’Entracte.
The route is mainly flat though there are a few gentle hills and Steve suggests stout footwear as there may be some mud. Please bring 3 euros as usual.
Meet at 2:30pm Place du Dr Raoult , beside the D790 road in Rostrenen. It is at the back of Stade Pierre Pratt or perhaps more commonly known as the old Leclerc car park!
